Enjoy the robust flavours of our Kofta Kick Beef Meatballs, perfectly spiced and simmered in a rich tomato sauce. These meatballs, infused with Kebab Boy Kofta Kick Sauce, are ideal for a hearty family meal. Serve with rice or warm bread to soak up all the delicious sauce.

Ingredients:
- For the Meatballs:
- 500g minced beef
- 4 tbsp Kebab Boy Kofta Kick Sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 50g breadcrumbs
- For the Tomato Sauce:
- 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Kebab Boy Kofta Kick Sauce
- To Serve:
- Cooked rice or warm bread
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Method:
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine minced beef, Kebab Boy Kofta Kick Sauce, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix well and shape into 12-15 meatballs. Set aside.
- Cook the Meatballs:
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
- Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- Make the Tomato Sauce:
- In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed and sauté the finely chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, and Kebab Boy Kofta Kick Sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Simmer the Meatballs:
- Return the meatballs to the pan with the tomato sauce.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve:
- Serve the meatballs over cooked rice or with warm bread.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
