These juicy kebabs, marinated in our exclusive Kebab Boy Adana Adventure Sauce, are perfect for a quick weekday dinner or a weekend BBQ. Pair them with a fresh salad and warm flatbreads for a complete meal that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients:
- For the Kebabs:
- 500g minced lamb
- 4 tbsp Kebab Boy Adana Adventure Sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- To Serve:
- 4 flatbreads
- Mixed salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onions)
- Lemon wedges
Method:
- Prepare the Lamb Mix:
- In a large bowl, combine the minced lamb, Kebab Boy Adana Adventure Sauce, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavours meld.
- Shape the Kebabs:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Divide the lamb mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a long sausage around a metal skewer.
- Grill the Kebabs:
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kebabs are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Warm the flatbreads on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Serve the lamb kebabs on the flatbreads with a generous helping of mixed salad.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the kebabs and enjoy!
